When we were in Drazil, Gig tried to cheer me up by saying that I wasn’t just some Drazilian to him, that I was me.
Um, this sort of relates to a previous question somebody else asked, but if you decided to marry Gig (hypothetically of course), how would you propose to him or even bring up the subject of marriage?

I generally think it’s easier to say it outright than beating around the bush, so I’d just ask if he wanted to get married. Though don’t you think it’s a little bit too early for marriage?
